All references to a “chargeback” refer to a reversal of a credit or debit card charge placed on the Sites and/or at the Services initiated by You. There is no reason for a chargeback to ever be filed. You agree that you will not charge back any amounts charged on your card online or on site for services. If you charge back for any payment initiated by You or an authorized user, you agree that the studio may recover thr amount of the chargeback, in addition to any fees.

The STUDIO makes no claims or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied of merchantability,  fitness for a use, or non infringement of intellectual property.  The STUDIO does not make any claims on the accuracy of the Materials on our site or any other site.
